As determined by the Department of Geography and Anthropology

The Chair of the Department of Geography and Anthropology and/or the department scholarship committee will select the recipient.

Official notification will be sent to all nominees by the Department of Geography and Anthropology. The Chair will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.

Name of the fund was recently changed from Geography Emeritus Professors' Scholarship and returned to the original name after Professor Kolka. A thank you note should be sent to Elsie-Lu Kolka, daughter of Professor Kolka in care of the UWEC Foundation Office.
