Foundation Scholarships

Johnson, Caldwell & Georgia

The recipient must be a music major with at least junior standing at the time of the award. Preference is to be given those music majors with a music education-choral emphasis.

Applicants must be nominated by a faculty member of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. Nominations should reflect scholarship, performance, an indication of professional promise, and evidence of community and university service.

Nominations must be received by the Music Scholarship Committee by April 1.

The Scholarship Committee forwards the recommendations to the Chairman of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. The recipients are selected by the Department Chair.

The Music and Theatre Arts Department will notify recipients. The Chair will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

Recipients should send a thank-you note to the family of Caldwell and Georgia Johnson in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation, S-214.
