AMOUNT: $100 AVAILABLE: Available ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Recipient must have senior status (a December graduate will still be eligible.) Student must be enrolled in the Physical Education Teaching emphasis or Sport Pedagogy emphasis and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Recipient must show demonstrated leadership and service related to the major and/or profession.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Application forms may be obtained from the Department of Kinesiology.APPLICATION DEADLINE: As determined by department SELECTION PROCEDURE: Based upon above criteria SELECTION DEADLINE: Prior to the end of the semester NOTIFICATION: Students who have been awarded this scholarship will be notified in writing. The department chair will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.SPECIAL NOTES: A thank-you letter should be sent to Dr. Ida Hinz in care of the UW-EC Foundation. |
