Foundation Scholarships

Hibbard, Richard & Jane Memorial

Scholarships will be awarded to students demonstrating scholastic achievement and/or financial need established by the Financial Aid Office, although need is not necessarily a factor.

There is no formal application procedure. All students are considered for this award.

A computer listing of the grade point averages of all students is obtained. Those with the highest grade point averages are then matched with financial aid records to determine which students have the highest need. Selection may also be based on faculty recommendation.

June 1 prior to academic year

Official notification will be sent to all nominees from the Financial Aid Office.

A thank you note should be sent to Sarah H. Hanson, daughter of the Hibbard’s, c/o the UWEC Foundation Office.
