Foundation Scholarships

Grimm, Gretchen Art Education

Recipients must be declared, and accepted, art education majors at UW-EC of junior or senior status who have shown scholastic achievement. Successful recipients must also have financial need and show promise of excellence in teaching art in public or private schools.

Students should request an application form in the Art Department Office and submit the completed form to the Art Department Office.

The Department Chair will appoint a Scholarship Committee that consists of three art faculty members. The Scholarship Committee will change each academic year.

The winner will receive the scholarship toward tuition during his/her junior or senior year. The recipients will be announced at the annual juried student art show. A “Scholarship Award Form” will be submitted to the Financial Aid office.

The recipients should send a thank-you letter to Jack and Julie Grimm in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation, S- 214.
