Foundation Scholarships

O'Connor, Edith French

This scholarship is available to French majors or minors with at least junior standing and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.

Application forms are available in the Department of Foreign Languages. A brief statement including biographical details, campus activities, and plans for the future is requested.

All members of the French faculty who are on campus will review the applications and select a scholarship recipient. The committee then informs the Department Chair of the recipient selected.

An award letter will be sent to the recipient by the Foreign Language Department Chair. The Chair will also complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.

A thank you note should be sent to Edith O'Connor in care of the Foreign Language Department Office.
