Foundation Scholarships

Fleming, Richard & Joan Single Parent

Available to single parents illustrating financial need not met by traditional forms of financial assistance. Preference to be given to female, returning students who have reached the junior or senior level and are 25 years of age or older, or to a single parent regardless of age. Must have a FAFSA on file in the Financial Aid Office.

Application forms are available on line at www.uwec.edu/advising/nss/scholar.htm or in the Nontraditional Student Services Office (NSS).

The NSS Adviser in consultation with the Financial Aid Office will evaluate applications.

Applicants will be notified by Mid January

By letter from the NSS adviser. The adviser will also complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.
