Foundation Scholarships

Estervig, David Memorial

Senior student majoring in biochemistry/molecular biology who has demonstrated outstanding scholastic achievement with a grade point average of at least 3.0 cumulative as well as in biochemistry/molecular biology courses.

Students are nominated for this scholarship by faculty members of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology program.

Second Monday in March

Scholarship recipients will be selected by faculty from the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology program. Applications will be evaluated both in terms of their academic merit and their compatibility with award eligibility criteria.

Official notification will be sent to all nominees from the Department of Biology. The Chair will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

The recipient should send a thank you note to Gail Upton in care of the Foundation Office.
