Foundation Scholarships

Fadness, Peter A. & Karen L. Organ & Choral

Must be accepted as a student at the UW-Eau Claire who will be music major or minor. Open to freshman through senior students at the time of utilization of the scholarship. Preference for a student studying the organ. Consideration will be given to a student enrolled in a choral ensemble only if a qualified organ student is not available as a recipient. Good academic standing with minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 with preference for 3.0+. Preference for student who has significant financial need. Scholarship will be used for tuition, room and board expenses.

Interested students apply through the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. Scholarship recipients may receive consideration for renewal of the scholarship.

Spring, as determined by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

The Scholarship Committee of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts identifies the recipient and recommends the candidate to the department chair.

Recipients will receive written notification from the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. The Chair will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.
