Foundation Scholarships

Delta Kappa Gamma

Applicants must be age 23 or older, currently enrolled, in good academic standing, and pursuing a degree in the field of education at UW-Eau Claire.

Qualifying students will receive an email in December with scholarship application information. Also, visit the webpage www.uwec.edu/coehs/forms/index.htm and go to Teacher Education Scholarships. Complete the form and submit it to the Education Scholarship Committee. Ask two members of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction faculty, who are familiar with your achievements at the University, to submit letters of recommendation to the Scholarship Committee.

Mid-February. Visit the webpage www.uwec.edu/coehs/forms/index.htm and go to Teacher Education Scholarships. Exact deadline will be in Scholarship Applications Directions.

The recipient is selected by the College of Education and Human Sciences Scholarship Committee based upon the criteria noted above.

The Dean of Education and Human Sciences will notify the recipient by letter with a copy sent to the Kappa Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma. The Dean will also complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office
