AMOUNT: $500.00 AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: This scholarship is for jazz program students. The Jazz Faculty, who set the specific requirements for the award, selects recipients.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: All eligible applicants will be considered.APPLICATION DEADLINE: SELECTION PROCEDURE: Jazz Faculty members will select the recipient.SELECTION DEADLINE: May 1 NOTIFICATION: The Jazz Faculty will inform the Department Chair of the designated recipient and the recipient will be notified by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. Notification should also be sent to the Financial Aid and Foundation offices.SPECIAL NOTES: It is recommended that a thank you note be sent to Mr. William Culbert in care of the UW-EC Foundation. The scholarship is funded by annual gifts from Bill Culbert. |
