Foundation Scholarships

Culver, "Stuffy" Memorial

Students in their senior year with satisfactory academic standing, financial need confirmed by the Financial Aid Office, and proven talent may be considered. The recipient must have completed eligibility as an athlete.

Application/nomination forms are available in the Department of Athletics. The form, with appropriate supporting information, should be returned to the department office by the deadline.

Final selection will be made by the department based upon the criteria above along with two letters of recommendation from faculty members and a financial need assessment provided by the Financial Aid Office.

The Department of Athletics will send official notification to all nominees. The Department of Athletics will complete and send a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

A thank you note should be sent to Mrs. Thekla V. Johnson in care of the UW-EC Foundation Office.
