Foundation Scholarships

Bauer, Larry Phi Mu Alpha Music Service

Recipient must be a Music major or minor and have sophomore status or higher and good academic standing.

Obtain, complete and return the application form to the Department of Music and Theatre Arts office.

As determined by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

The applications will be narrowed down to three by a committee of current Phi Mu Alpha members. The three finalists will be submitted to Phi Mu Alpha alumni of the faculty for final selections.

As determined by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

The three finalists will be notified prior to the Frosty Eve Scholarship Dance. The scholarship winner will be announced at the dance.

The UW-Eau Claire Foundation and Financial Aid Office should be notified by letter from Phi Mu Alpha so that the scholarship funds can be dispersed to the recipient. A thank you note should be sent to Peggy Wrzesinki in c/o the UW-Eau Claire Foundation.
