Baumgartner, William Memorial

Drama major or minor of sophomore standing or higher who is a fulltime student and preferably a student active in costume design and/or Theatre for Young Audiences.

Submit a letter of application to the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. Letters should include grade point average, achievements in theatre, and professional interests and goals.

Spring, as determined by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

Letters of application are reviewed by the Theater Faculty who then vote for outstanding candidates. Candidates are rated by classroom and theater production achievement as well as lifetime goals.

Prior to the annual Theater Banquet

The Department of Music and Theatre Arts will send official notification to all nominees. A copy of the award letter to the recipient should be forwarded to the Financial Aid and Foundation Offices.
