Awarded to a continuing Print Journalism major who has demonstrated excellence.

Application forms are available in the Department of Communication and Journalism office. {APPLICATION DEADLINE:] Early to mid April

The Communication and Journalism Department Scholarship Committee will forward applications to the Eau Claire Press Company. This scholarship is funded and awarded by the Eau Claire Press Company.

The Chair of the Department of Communication and Journalism will send a notification letter to the recipient. The Chair should complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

A letter of gratitude addressed to the Eau Claire Press Company Marshall B. Atkinson Scholarship Committee should be submitted directly to the Department of Communication and Journalism Department program assistant. The winner of this award is expected to attend the Department of Communication and Journalism Student Excellence Recognition Reception held the last day of spring classes.
