BRANCH *SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT: $2,700 total
AVAILABLE: Annually
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Scholarships are available each year to returning women students at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Applicants must be age 23 or older, currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at UWEC and in good academic standing.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Application forms are available on line at www.uwec.edu/advising/nss/scholar.htm or in the Nontraditional Student Services Office (NSS).
APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 1
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The recipients(s) will be determined by the AAUW Education Committee in consultation with the NSS Office.
SELECTION DEADLINE:
May Committee meeting
NOTIFICATION:
The NSS adviser will notify the recipient by letter and complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Contact with the branch president via the Nontraditional Student Services prior to the presentation to make arrangements is requested.
