AMOUNT: Available at variable amounts AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Scholarships are available each year to returning women students at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Applicants must be age 23 or older, currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program offered by or affiliated with UW-Eau Claire and in good academic standing (total GPA of 2.0 or above).APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Application forms are available online at www.uwec.edu/NSS/scholarships/index.htm or from Nontraditional Student Services (NSS), Schofield 226, 715- 836-3259.APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 15 SELECTION PROCEDURE: The recipients(s) will be determined by the AAUW Eau Claire Branch Scholarship Committee.SELECTION DEADLINE: May Committee meeting NOTIFICATION: The NSS adviser will notify recipients by letter and complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.SPECIAL NOTES: Recipients will be asked to contact the AAUW-Eau Claire Branch president to accept the award. Students will receive the award in the form of a tuition credit through the UW-Eau Claire Business Office. |
