Foundation Scholarships

Zeppa, A.H. Family Foundation Single Parent

The Zeppa Family Foundation Single Parent Scholarship Fund will provide $1,000 scholarships to single parent students who demonstrate steady progress toward the degree and who have financial need. Student must be currently enrolled at UW-Eau Claire in good academic standing, have at least a 2.0 GPA on 12 credits at the time of application and have potential academic and career success. Applicant must demonstrate financial need as determined by the UW-Eau Claire Financial Aid Office. Preference will be given to student pursuing their first undergraduate degree, although second degree and graduate students will be considered.

Application forms are available on line at www.uwec.edu/advising/nss/scholar.htm or in the Nontraditional Student Services Office (NSS).

The NSS adviser in consultation with the Financial Aid Office will select recipients.

The recipient of the scholarship will receive a letter from the Nontraditional Student Services adviser. NSS will complete and send a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

The recipient is encouraged to send a thank-you note to the Zeppa Family Foundation in care of the UW-EC Foundation Office.
