Applicant must be a declared undergraduate major in Health Care Administration. The student must be a resident of Wisconsin and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Priority will be given to students with experience in a health or safety improvement effort or organization.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Applicants must provide an essay on the student’s reason for applying for the award, goals, and special contributions that the student has made in Health Care Administration and activities in the major.

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

Due in March. Please check the Health Care Administration scholarship application.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

A selection committee will review applications and select the recipient.

SELECTION DEADLINE:

Prior to the CHAASE banquet.

NOTIFICATION:

Notification will be made by the selection committee by letter or email. The selection committee will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office. The recipient’s name will be posted on the departmental bulletin board and included in the department newsletter.
