Foundation Scholarships

WI Health Care Association

At the time of application, the student must be a declared pre-practicum undergraduate major in Health Care Administration who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to service in the health care field. To qualify for the award, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is required.

Applicants must provide an essay on the student’s reason for applying for the award, goals, and special contributions that the student has made in Health Care Administration and activities in the major.

Due in March. Please check the Health Care Administration scholarship application.

A selection committee will review applications and select the recipients.

Prior to the CHAASE banquet.

Notification will be made by the selection committee by letter or email. The selection committee will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office. The recipient’s names will be posted on the departmental bulletin board and included in the department newsletter.

Recipients should write a thank-you note to Tom Moore, Wisconsin Health Care Association and send it in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation, Schofield Hall 214, UW-Eau Claire.
