WI Association Homes and Services for Aging

At the time of application, the student must be a declared pre-practicum undergraduate major in Health Care Administration who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to service in the health care field. To qualify for the award, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is required.

Applicants must provide an essay on the student’s reason for applying for the award, goals, and special contributions that the student has made in Health Care Administration and activities in the major.

A selection committee will review applications and select one recipient.

Notification will be made by the selection committee by letter. The selection committee will submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office. The recipient’s name will be posted on the departmental bulletin board and included in the department newsletter.
