Foundation Scholarships

The applicants must be participating in the Women’s Concert Chorale for the academic year the award will be given. Applicants do not need to be music majors.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Application forms are available in the Office of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. Completed applications should be returned to the Department of Music and Theatre Arts. {APPLICATION DEADLINE:] By a date in April as determined and annually announced by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The Choral Division staff will review applications and select recipients.

SELECTION DEADLINE: May 15

NOTIFICATION:

The Chair of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts will send a notification letter to the scholarship recipients. A copy of the letter must be sent to the Financial Aid and Foundation offices, so that the award payment can be processed. All nominees will receive final notification from the Director of Choral Activities. Public announcement of the scholarship usually is made at the annual awards ceremony of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

SPECIAL NOTES:

The recipient should send a thank-you note to Mary Rosolack, widow of Steve Rosolack, in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation Office, S-214.
