ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Awarded to an outstanding student in Social Work who is also a member of Phi Alpha.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Application forms are available from the Department of Social Work. For further information, contact advisor Dr. La Vonne Cornell-Swanson.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: To be determined.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Selection of the recipient is done by a vote of the Social Work faculty.
SELECTION DEADLINE: Before the end of spring semester
NOTIFICATION:
Dr. Cornell-Swanson will send notification to the recipient as well as complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.
SPECIAL NOTES:
The recipient will be honored at the University’s Honors Banquet.
