AMOUNT: 2 @ $125 AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The Phi Alpha Theta Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding member of the organization who has contributed significantly to community and campus life through volunteer and scholastic activity.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Contact the History Department for information.APPLICATION DEADLINE: As determined by Phi Alpha Theta SELECTION PROCEDURE: A selection committee from the Phi Alpha Theta Executive Board will choose the recipient.SELECTION DEADLINE: Early April NOTIFICATION: Notification will be sent in writing to the recipient. The selection committee will complete the Scholarship Award Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office by May 15.
