Foundation Scholarships

Noble Statesmen

Recipients must be a returning member to The Singing Statesmen in the year following the receipt of the Bruce Larson Scholarship. One recipient must be a non-music major in the ensemble and one recipient must be a music major in the ensemble. With these two recipients, efforts will be made to include a veteran member (multiple years in the ensemble) and a young member (one or two years in the ensemble). The recipients must bring musical leadership to the ensemble and display character both in the ensemble and on campus.

Obtain, complete and return the application form to the Department of Music and Theatre Arts office.

As determined by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

The recipients will be selected by the Director of Choral Activities.

As determined by the Department of Music and Theatre Arts.

The recipients will be notified by the Choral Director. The Choral Director should complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office so that the scholarships can be paid.

A thank you note should be sent to Bruce Larson in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation Office.
