Johnson, Judith Ann Memorial

An award stipend for a selected student who has been working with Kristina Beuning on the Pine Lake Project affiliated with the Department of Biology.

Scholarship recipients will be selected by the Department of Biology Scholarship Committee, which has faculty representation from the major subdisciplines of biology. Applications will be evaluated both in terms of their academic merit and their compatibility with award eligibility criteria.

An award letter will be sent to the recipient by the Chair of the Department of Biology in May. The Chair will also complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

The Judith Ann Johnson Memorial Fund was established in October 2000 to honor the memory of long-time Pine Lake cottage owner and former teacher Judy Johnson.
