SPECIAL NOTES:
This scholarship fund has been established by Paul Roemhild, who attended UW-Eau Claire from 1969-73. Paul was a journalism major and member of the Spectator staff. The faculty and friends he had at UW-Eau Claire opened many new doors in his life and this scholarship is named after a street Paul lived on for a time to honor and thank the people he lived with and met while in Eau Claire. A letter of gratitude addressed to Paul Roemhild should be submitted directly to the Department of Communication and Journalism program assistant. The winner of this award is expected to attend the Department of Communication and Journalism Student Excellence Recognition Reception held the last day of spring classes.
