Groenewold, Roger Scholarship


AMOUNT: 1 @ $400
AVAILABLE: Annually
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Applicant must be an incoming
freshman or transfer student approved for admission. Applicant must show great potential for contribution in theatre performance or technical theatre. Preference may be given to a Theatre major or minor, however, and outstanding new student who has shown past excellence in theatre but intending another major may be awarded this scholarship.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE: The general incoming freshman
scholarship application is available online at: www.uwec.edu/admissions/paying.htm. Admitted, eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. If you feel you meet the application requirements and cannot access the online application, please contact the Admissions Office at (715)836-5415. Applicant must include in the application submission a paper which discusses past and planned theatre performance and/or technical theatre experience.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: The Admissions Office will
coordinate the selection of recipients.
SELECTION DEADLINE: Screening of candidates will begin
in December and continue through the spring. Final selections will be made no later than April 30.
NOTIFICATION: The Office of Admissions will notify the
scholarship recipient.
SPECIAL NOTES: This scholarship is made possible by
