AMOUNT: One @ $250 AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: At the time of application, the student must be a declared undergraduate major in Health Care Administration pursuing a Spanish minor.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Applicants must provide an essay on the student’s reason for applying for the award, goals, and special contributions that the student has made in Health Administration and activities in the major.APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 5 SELECTION PROCEDURE: A selection committee will review applications and select a recipient.SELECTION DEADLINE: NOTIFICATION: Notification will be made by the selection committee by letter. The selection committee will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office. The recipient’s name will be posted on the departmental bulletin board and included in the department newsletter. SPECIAL NOTES: Recipient must send a thank you letter to Good Samaritan in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation, Schofield 214. |
