Good Samaritan

At the time of application, the student must be a declared undergraduate major in Health Care Administration. Preference will be given to an HCAD major with a minor in Spanish.

Applicants must provide an essay on the student’s reason for applying for the award, goals, and special contributions that the student has made in Health Care Administration and activities in the major.

Due in March. Please check the Health Care Administration scholarship application.

A selection committee will review applications and select a recipient.

Prior to the CHAASE banquet.

Notification will be made by the selection committee by letter or email. The selection committee will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office. The recipient’s name will be posted on the departmental bulletin board and included in the department newsletter.

Recipient must send a thank you letter to Good Samaritan in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation, Schofield 214.
