AMOUNT: One award at $800 AVAILABLE: Available ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Recipient must be accepted to the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Student must also be approved for a study abroad program in a native French-speaking environment.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Contact the Department of Foreign Languages or the University web site under Foreign Languages for application information.APPLICATION DEADLINE: First Tuesday in March SELECTION PROCEDURE: Based upon the criteria above SELECTION DEADLINE: Before the end of spring semester NOTIFICATION: The Department of Foreign Languages will notify the recipient in writing of their selection for the award. The Department Chair will also complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office.SPECIAL NOTES: The recipient should send a thank-you letter to “Dear Donor” in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation Office, S- 214. |
