Foundation Scholarships

Delta Zeta

The recipient must be a UW-Eau Claire student who is a current Delta Zeta member who is in good standing and has a grade point average of 2.75 or higher. Preference will be given to a student with financial need.

The applicant must submit a written statement indicating why she thinks she should receive the scholarship. The statement should confirm that the applicant is a member in good standing who attends meetings, portrays the intended image of a Delta Zeta Sister, provides a leadership role for the sorority and shows kindness to non-Greek students. The application must be submitted to the mailbox of the faculty/staff adviser.

First Monday in April.

A committee chaired by the Delta Zeta faculty/staff adviser will select the recipient based upon the criteria above.

First Monday in May.

The faculty/staff adviser will notify the recipient by letter as well as complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid Office.

The recipient is expected to send a thank-you letter to Susan Perry in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation, Inc. S-214.
