AMOUNT: Total of $1,000 AVAILABLE: Annually ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: This scholarship is for Native American Indian students to assist them as they attend UW-Eau Claire, either through scholarships or for fees and travel expenses for educational enhancement opportunities such as conferences and seminars. Financial support could also be used from this fund to assist with recruitment of Native American Indian students or with pre-collegiate initiatives.APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Contact Odawa White, Student Services Coordinator for American Indian Students, for application information.APPLICATION DATE: March 1 SELECTION PROCEDURE: As determined by the Student Services Coordinator for American Indian Students.SELECTION DEADLINE: April 3 NOTIFICATION: The Coordinator will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office so that the scholarship can be paid to the student’s account.SPECIAL NOTES: The recipient should send a thank-you note to Jane Temple Campen in care of the UW-EC Foundation office, S-214. |
