Foundation Scholarships

Golden Living CHAASE

At the time of application, the student must be a declared undergraduate major in Health Care Administration of freshman or sophomore standing. To qualify for the award, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is required.

Applicants must provide an essay on the student’s reason for applying for the award, goals and special contributions that the student has made in Health Care Administration and activities in the major.

Due in March. Please check the Health Care Administration scholarship application.

A selection committee will review applications and select two recipients.

Prior to the CHAASE banquet.

Notification will be made by the selection committee by letter or email, with a copy sent to Golden Living, Inc. The selection committee will complete and submit a “Scholarship Award Form” to the Financial Aid office. The recipient’s name will be posted on the departmental bulletin board and included in the department newsletter.

Recipient should send a thank-you note to Mr. David Mills, Group Vice President, Golden Living, Inc., in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation.
