is crucial. This class provides a hands-on study of

VLEADER
During this 4-week course, students develop key
leadership skills using a virtual reality simulation-
based software program called vLeader. With vLeader,
students are able to practice and apply such skills as
conflict management, teambuilding, persuasion, active
listening, and effective communication within 5 virtual
scenarios in which you interact with avatars in a
corporate setting. Students will be expected to purchase
a personal copy of vLeader (workbook included) to use on
their personal PC-based computer for approximately $60.
