Students who fail to attend the first class meeting (lecture or lab) of any chemistry course without previously notifying the instructor or the Chemistry department (836-3417) may be dropped from the course so the seat may be filled by another student. Approved eye protection (goggles) is required at the first meeting of all chemistry laboratory courses. Goggles can be purchased at the University Bookstore. Important notice! Failure to check out of lab drawer will be $25 plus replacement costs. Lab manual $15 refund will be given if lab is dropped before classes begin; no refund after classes begin. |
