Introduction to mentoring that combines field experience with course work which equips UW-Eau Claire students with skills and strategies to support academic success and inspire underrepresented, low-income, first-generation and diverse 5th-12th grade students towards post-secondary education. This course will consist of face-to-face and on-line instruction as well as a field placement (30 hours). This course is open to all majors.
