How do I select UW-Eau Claire's School of Nursing as my home institution?

Students submit an application for admission to UW-Eau Claire and have official transcripts sent from all colleges or universities from which prior credits have been earned. This should be done early in the semester prior to the one in which the student wishes to enroll. Application forms are available from any University of Wisconsin campus, may be completed on-line, or by mailing the completed application to the UW-Eau Claire Admissions Office.

Students must also be admitted to the School of Nursing prior to enrolling in nursing courses. Applications to the School of Nursing are available through the Associate Dean's Office.

Before enrolling in nursing courses, students must be admitted to UW-Eau Claire and to the nursing program. Application for admission to nursing should be submitted, along with a photocopy of the RN's license, to the "Associate Dean Office" at the School of Nursing.
