UW-Eau Claire announces details of Bon Iver ticket sales

RELEASED: Oct. 26, 2011

EAU CLAIRE —The following are details regarding ticket sales beginning Oct. 28 for the Dec. 12 and 13 Bon Iver concerts at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 7 a.m.-9 p.m. (or until all tickets are sold) Oct. 28 at the Zorn Arena box office. Patrons may purchase up to five tickets per person.

The line for ticket purchasing will enter through the southwest door at the back of Zorn Arena, and patrons will exit through the arena's front (north facing) doors. Patrons may pay by cash, check or Blugold account, or charge their tickets to Discover, MasterCard or Visa.

Those driving to campus to purchase tickets may park in the university's Haas Fine Arts parking lot, where permit restrictions will not be enforced Oct. 28. (See campus map for lot location.) Vehicles parked in other university lots without a valid parking permit will be ticketed.

Any remaining concert tickets will be sold from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 29, again at the Zorn Arena box office. Beginning Oct. 30, tickets will be sold at the Service Center in the east lobby of Davies Center. Beginning Nov. 5, any remaining tickets will be available through all Service Center ticketing system options.

Ticket pricing will be as follows:

  • Dec. 12 concert: $22 or $17 with a valid student Blugold Card. The show is general admission, with a seatless main floor and bleacher seating.

  • Dec. 13 concert: All seats are $22. Reserved seats are available on the main floor; bleacher seating is general admission.
