Music calendar for week of Oct. 16

EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the following musical performances the week beginning Oct. 16. Unless noted otherwise, all event locations are in the Haas Fine Arts Center, admission is free and events are open to the public.

Sunday, Oct. 16:

• Concert: Wind Symphony and Symphony Band. 2 p.m., Gantner Concert Hall. More information, including ticket prices.

Monday, Oct. 17:

• Student Organization Recital: Phi Mu Alpha. 7:30 p.m., Gantner Concert Hall. More information.

Tuesday, Oct. 18:

• Student Recital: Kevin McEvoy, violin. 5 p.m., Phillips Recital Hall. More information.
• Guest Artist Recital: Stacey Barelos, piano. 7:30 p.m., Gantner Concert Hall. More information.
