Registration opens for summer youth programs

EAU CLAIRE — UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education will offer a wide variety of summer programs for youth of all ages. This year's programs are:

• ACT Prep Course; for those entering grades 10-12, Aug. 1-10, 9 a.m.-noon, UW-Eau Claire.

• Bridge to High School Math; for those entering grade 9, July 11-Aug. 11, 8:30-10 a.m., North High School, Eau Claire.

• Leadership Without Authority; for those entering grades 9-12, Aug. 8-12, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., UW-Eau Claire.

• Summer Institute Chippewa Falls; for those entering grades K-5, June 13-23, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Halmstad Elementary, Chippewa Falls.

• Summer Institute Eau Claire; for those entering grades K-5, July 11-21, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Meadowview Elementary, Eau Claire.

• Total Percussion Camp; for those entering grades 8-12, June 13-17, 9 a.m.-noon, UW-Eau Claire.

• Bio Adventure Camp; for those entering grades 6-9, June 27-July 1, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., UW-Eau Claire.

• Brain Blasters; for those entering grades 6-8, July 24-Aug. 4, 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., South Middle School, Eau Claire.

UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education will accept walk-in or mailed registrations at 210 Water St., P.O. Box 4004, Eau Claire, WI, 54702-4004. Office hours are 7:45 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. Registrations also can be faxed to 715-836-5263.
