Center for Writing Excellence offers summer tutoring

RELEASED: June 21, 2011

EAU CLAIRE — The Center for Writing Excellence (formerly the University Writing Center), located in McIntrye Library at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, is open to assist students during Summer Session.

The center is offering tutoring sessions through Aug. 8. Summer instructors with a writing component in their courses are strongly encouraged to refer students to the center.

Daily hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-11:30 a.m. and Tuesdays from 7:30-10:30 a.m.

Tutoring sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis in Room 2003A, located across from the library elevators. No prior appointments are necessary — walk-ins are welcome.
