EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education/UW-Extension will offer the Hospice Foundation of America's 2011 Living with Grief program "Spirituality and End-of-Life Care" May 4 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.
The teleconference, to be held from 12:40-4:30 p.m., is designed for clergy, counselors, nurses, nursing home administrators, social workers, case managers, psychologists, physicians, funeral directors, marriage and family therapists, caregivers and others whose work deals with death, dying, grief or bereavement. The program is appropriate for those at beginning, intermediate or advanced levels of experience.

The teleconference fee is $10 per person and includes program materials and refreshments. Licensed professionals will be eligible to apply for continuing education contact hours through the Hospice Foundation of America. There is a $30 online processing fee per certificate, per participant. Online CE instructions will be provided during the program.
Participants are welcome to purchase lunch in the Luther Hospital cafeteria or deli and eat in the new atrium area prior to the program.
