SUBJECT: Successfully doing business in India to be Feb. 25 program topic
Area companies that wish to do business in and/or with India will learn how to take steps toward that goal on Friday, Feb. 25, during "India: Steps for Business Success," a program presented by UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education's Center for Business Solutions.
Representatives from companies currently doing business with and/or in India, including Harley-Davidson, Cargill International, Cooperative Resources International, Schreiber Foods and Spacelabs Healthcare, will speak during the program, which will run from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Northwoods Room of the Holiday Inn Campus in Eau Claire.
Jeff Pharris, director of business planning for global sales for Harley-Davidson Motor Co.; Sunny Kessel, International Trade Specialist, U.S. Department of Commerce, Commercial Service; and Sachin Tuli, lecturer, Wisconsin School of Business, will be among the speakers at the event. Topics to be discussed include:
