EAU CLAIRE — Students at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will host the third annual "Up 'til Dawn" fundraising event from 4-6 p.m. Dec. 9. The event will begin in the Presidents Room of Davies Center and end at Higherground in Hilltop Center.
