Job Search Boot Camp set for April 21

EAU CLAIRE — Registration is open for Job Search Boot Camp, which is set for 11 a.m.-3 p.m. April 21 at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
The daylong workshop for sharpening job search skills, which is free and open to UW-Eau Claire students and alumni, will be held in Davies Center on lower campus.
The event includes:
- Mock interviews with local hiring professionals will be held. Representatives from Kelly Services, Luther Midelfort, Market & Johnson, Manpower, Nestle, the City of Eau Claire, Lutheran Social Services, IDEXX and UW-Eau Claire Veterans Services plan to attend.
- Interviews will be held every 30 minutes starting at 11 a.m., with 10 minutes reserved for a discussion and pointers for interviewees. Interviews will be held in the Council Fire Room of Davies Center. Participants are asked to bring resumes and to dress appropriately.
- Resume reviews will be conducted by Career Services staff. Participants will be offered valuable feedback and help with adapting resumes to fit current career goals.
- Job search workshops will be offered from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
