Enrollment open for student health insurance plan

RELEASED: Sept. 16, 2010

EAU CLAIRE — The 2010-11 University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire student health insurance plan is now available for purchase and enrollment. Insurance coverage began Aug. 26, 2010, and lasts through Aug. 25, 2011. There is no deadline for enrollment.

Students may stop by the Student Senate office in Room 132 of Davies Center or visit the Student Senate website for information about eligibility and enrollment.

The student health insurance program is provided by the UW-Eau Claire Student Senate through insurance agent Donald Southard Sr. of Southard Insurance Agency and underwritten by Columbian Life Insurance Co.
