Children's story times at McIntyre Library resume Sept. 21

story time imageEAU CLAIRE — Kati Tvaruzka, assistant professor and education librarian at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's McIntyre Library, will resume free monthly story time sessions beginning Sept. 21 in the library's Instructional Media Center. The 30-minute sessions are held at 10:15 a.m. for children attending UW-Eau Claire's Children's Center. Children and grandchildren of faculty, staff, students and the general public also are invited.

The IMC is located on the lower level of McIntyre Library. Additional story sessions for the 2010-11 school year will be held on the last Tuesday of every month: Oct. 26, Nov. 30, Jan. 25, Feb. 22, March 29 and April 26. Free parking permits are available by calling the UW-Eau Claire Visitor Center at 715-836-2544.

Campus and community members are invited to check out children's materials from the IMC. Community members must obtain a community card. Visit the McIntyre Library website for information about IMC collections and for information about the community card.
