Students to share spiritual journeys with congregation Nov. 7

RELEASED: Oct. 28, 2010

EAU CLAIRE — Students from the Network for Unitarian Universalist Students, a University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire student organization, will participate in the "Words to Live By" program planned for 10 a.m. Nov. 7 at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 421 South Farwell St., Eau Claire.

Students will present and reference literature, poetry, hymn lyrics and well-known quotations to discuss their spiritual journeys.

Unitarian Universalists value many sources of knowledge for guidance in their lives. The students will describe how these sources have affected their lives and explain the knowledge they have gained from Unitarian Universalist principles.

The event, sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, is free and open to the public. For more information about the event, contact Dr. Donald Mowry, faculty adviser to the UW-Eau Claire chapter of the Network for Unitarian Universalist Students at dmowry@uwec.edu.
