Residence halls to host free Halloween activities

trick or treatEAU CLAIRE — Residence halls at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will host free Halloween activities in celebration of the holiday.

Towers, Chancellors, Oak Ridge, Bridgman, Sutherland and Governors residence halls will be open for door-to-door trick-or-treating from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 31. Students offering candy will have signs on their doors to indicate that trick-or-treaters are welcome.

A family-friendly haunted house will be hosted from 5-8 p.m. in Sutherland Hall, and games, face painting and candy will be offered in Murray Hall.

The Halloween activities are hosted by Housing and Residence Life and Oak Ridge Hall. A map of the residence halls on campus can be viewed online.
