Open forum to hear input regarding tobacco-free UW-Eau Claire campus

RELEASED: Nov. 23, 2010

EAU CLAIRE — An open forum Nov. 30 will give students, faculty, staff and the general public an opportunity to voice their opinions about establishing a tobacco-free campus at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

The forum, set for 3:45 p.m. in Davies Theatre of the university's Davies Center, is sponsored by the University Senate's Physical Plant Planning Committee. A resolution to make the UW-Eau Claire campus tobacco free was proposed at a recent University Senate meeting.
