EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education will offer the Chippewa River Adventure Camp for girls ages 8-12. The camp will be held from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. April 17 at the Round Hill site in Durand.
Outdoor activities, taught by qualified professionals, will include kayaking, canoeing, fly fishing, archery, rifle range activities and a program on Native American tools. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and try each activity.
The cost for the camp is $69 per person. Snacks, lunch and round-trip bus transportation between Eau Claire and Durand will be provided. Parents, grandparents or other adult chaperones are welcome to accompany the group at no additional cost.
